Little Rowans Pre-School

Little Rowans is based at New Earswick Primary School.

Session times are as follows:

Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 11:45am and 12:45pm to 15:15pm

Our Pre-School offers flexible childcare, including:

  • a breakfast club, 8:15am to 8:45am, £2
  • lunch club, 11:45am to 12:30pm, £2
  • full days.

After School Club

Tree Tops After School Club runs daily (term time) in the sessional care building (across the KS1 yard). The sessions run from 3.15 – 6.00pm. The price of a session is: £4.25 for a part session (3.15 – 4.30pm) and £6.50 for a full session (3.15 – 6.00pm.)

Children have lots of opportunities to do lots of different activities during the sessions and are led by Mrs Bardy our afterschool club manager and Mrs Goodhall our afterschool club play worker, both members of staff also work in school during the day fulfilling other roles.

We offer a wide range of healthy snacks, light bites and drinks (drinking water is available throughout the sessions) following the new food school standards (01.01.15).

If you would like to book your child/children into After School Club please fill out a registration form either available to download or from schools main reception.

Please note that there are only 26 places available each day, bookings must be made in advance.

Breakfast Club

Early Bird Breakfast Club runs daily (term time) in the Sessional care building. The session runs from 7:30am – 8.40am (breakfast stops being served from 8.30am), each session is £1.50 per child from 7:30am and £1.20 from 8:00am or a concessionary rate of 70p.

Breakfast club is run and supervised by two teaching assistants over the week, Miss Bardy and Mrs Smallwood.

We offer a wide range of breakfast including cereals, toast, crumpets, teacakes, fruit, fruit juices, milk and other healthy breakfast options following the new food school standards (01.01.15)

If you would like to book your child/children into breakfast club please fill out a booking form either available to download or from schools main reception. Please note that there are only 30 places available each day and booking is advisable.
